BIOGRAPHY

" A native Houstonian and self taught artist. Has tried different types of painting using a paintbrush. But his more recent style of painting is without the use of a paintbrush. Specializing in a type of painting called "Tachisme", which is French for "stain" or "splash:---- placed on a canvas spontaneously and by chance, creating an emotional projection rather than an expression or a symbol. This is his style of abstract expressionism. He uses colors, instead of objects, to express himself and project a certain feeling when viewing his paintings. Colors often affect the mood, so the selections in the colors he uses generally describe how he is feeling at that moment."
