This is a painting I created from a photo taken by flaminia.nobili who is on Flickr she is the assistant to the popes photographer and she attends Venice's Carnival every year and takes wonderful, colorful photo's in which she is very nice and allows me to use in my paintings. This painting is the 11th painting in my Carnival Series. I choose this image because of the colors they are my favorite combinations and I thought I could do the image justice.
