This is a painting concerned with my father's drinking problem when I was a kid. The title could also be "Father, Mother, Son". At upper left one might see a woman's face in profile, and a lower right, less surely, the supine figure of a drunken man. The blue marks represent a human figure falling through the air. The queen watches as the prince falls through the air and makes an unsure landing, while the king lies drunk.
