BIOGRAPHY

Painting is engrained in me. That part of me that wants the visions in my dreams to become a reality. As a teenager I used to fashion my works after Bob Ross. I was lucky to paint 2-3 times a year back then and sometimes an entire year would go by with nothing at all. I didn't become serious about painting until the spring of 2010 when canvas opened up a whole new world to me. Perhaps it was I who changed. My friends and family tell me I'm happier now and that happiness is reflected in my art work. But I give my husband the credit for that. The day we married was the best day of my life and since then my work has a new feeling for me. A new life. Love and happiness can breathe light into the darkness and with it a heartbeat on canvas. Although I have been painting since I was a teenager I only now consider what I do as an art. With every painting I discover more and more of myself. Today, I paint 2-3 times a month!
