BIOGRAPHY

Fleurette Bloom: My art reflects all aspects of everyday life. I am intrigued by people in the world who have captured the hearts and minds of thousands, by what they have done or who they are. I am especially interested in those who have passed on, or are no longer in the public eye, that continue to capture our attention. Growing up in a family of artists, I started drawing portraits of people, at art fairs at the age of 5 and have never stopped. I trained under a former Dean of the Art Institute of Chicago, studied the arts in college and received my degree. But I believe the most important studies as an artist, come from life experience, and I am continuing that part of my education every day. My works can be found at galleries, fairs and here on line. I have been published for my art and won various awards. My art is collected world wide.
